Garnet can be a little self-conscious about her parents sometimes -- has been that way ever since they were in elementary school. They're both warm, uninhibited in their affection and incredibly inquisitive, in a way Pearl has always coveted, while Garnet would usually shoo her down the hall to her room as quickly as possible.
